I have to say, I have bought way too many vehicles in my time. (Hazard that comes from working on the road). This vehicle isn't the first luxury used car I have purchased either- a girl has gotta spoil herself from time to time, right? Although this dealership is slightly out of the way (like, 4 hours each way) It wasn't the dealership that was worth the trip, nor is it worth a return visit in and of itself. They sold me a car at a ok price. In fact, the customer service manager, Brittany, is pretty much a joke at best, and the GM, Marianna, couldn't wait to get me off the phone- you could hear the impatience in Marianna's voice and the take it or leave it comments were off putting. Nothing screams I don't care about my customers like " if you don't like it, leave" Attitude- the lack of response and action from both of them ( after numerous attempts on my behave) is below par for any management level position in any car dealership, let alone a luxury car dealership, and is shameful. Mr Amato ( my fabulous sale gentleman) made the trip worth it however. Yes, there were a few hiccups in the transaction, and Mr Amato communicated with me the whole way through the transaction, he heard my disappointment, then went to work fix the situation and to surprise me ( with cupcakes, a balloon & a huge red bow on my car)- that is something that means so much to me. The fact that he heard my frustration and disappointment and acted upon it- anything he could do, even just the little things, to make sure I was taken care of- even when management said essentially: screw you. It is so refreshing for me to get someone in car sales who worked so hard to make up for the mistakes that happened (all were outside of his control) - to me it means he heard, he cared and he found a way to make something kind/thoughtful happen without being asked! Its that type of experience that I look for, the experience that says we care about YOU and want you to have the best buying experience possible! This is why, when its time yet again for another vehicle, I will seek out Mr Amato- whichever dealership he happens to be at, that is where I will go.
